[DEMO] Hellucination v2.0 - Release Something! Day Edition
Hellucination is a a game in which two characters are playable - only one of which is available in the demo. His scenario is an action packed shooter with adventure elements. You must play through 10 levels, each long and diverse, while the story unfolds. This version is MUCH different than the last release. It is essentially a remake. Some of the changes are listed below.
Story
The demon invasion was ongoing. The biggest war in all of history was taking place between demons and humans. The humans were losing and hope was nonexistent. However, four warriors journeyed to Hell to defeat the demon's leader, Hades. Without their leader, the demons lost their power and retreated back to Hell. However, The military general for the demons, Zibinx was afraid of death. Because of this, he cursed each of the four warriors with eternal life and sent them away from Hell. If Zibinx was killed, they would each die of old age.
That was 100 years ago. All of the four warriors have been separated and no longer communicate. But the demons are invading for a second time. Edgar, one of the four warriors, is determined to travel to Hell himself to stop it again.

New features
-Totally remade and longer levels
-Adjusted and balanced difficulty
-Many new weapons
-Updated graphics, including a new hero sprite
-Better presentation - the story is now easier to understand (and slightly updated)
-Longer total playtime
-Redone afterlevel screen that shows your level stats, as well as your total stats
-New cutscenes with much better dialogue
-MANY, MANY bugfixes, this version is as bug free as I can possibly make it, I didn't have time to hire beta testers.

Story

[DEMO] Hellucination v1.3
Hey everybody!
In short, Hellucination is a top down shooter about stopping demonic forces from Hell from invading Earth. It's gameplay is very fast and involves quick reflexes and thinking, there are also many puzzles and mini-games to keep you entertained. The demo is only of the first chapter but shows most of the features that will be in the full game, and the total playing time is usually well over an hour or two. There are 10 levels, each long and diverse.

But theres one person who can prevent this virus from spreading. His name is Edgar. He was cursed in 2021 during the first war and cannot age. He is the only person alive that remembers the cure, and the only person who can prevent the war. History is doomed to repeat itself, and this is why history should be remembered.

Plot and Setting
Demons had always stayed in hell, and humans had always stayed in their worlds. But things had changed. Demons had found a way to leave hell, and they had taken a virus with them that they themselves were immune to. The virus corrupted human minds, disallowing them to feel emotion. The humans became ruthless killers and slaughtered their own, resulting in a civil war between humans as well as a war between demons and humans. But that was in the past, happening all the way back in 2030. Now it's 2141. The humans are struggling to survive after a disastrous World War III. The war between demons and humans seems to only exist in history textbooks. The vaccine for the virus has been lost, and no one remembers what it was. This is why the demons have decidedto attack again, and they have brought the virus with them.
