I'm an early RPG Maker user (pre-2k3) who frequented Kamau's RPG Palace and RPG Town in it's ezboards era, through and up to the overtaking of the bots. I now just waywardly float through the internet being bored. I still haven't finished a project in RPG Maker either hahaha.

I'm just throwing ideas around right now. I'd say a pre-treatment stage; prototyping characters and the world, as well as attribute management. I don't have a pre-defined development process, I just kinda throw ideas down and try and cut them into fitting pieces :P
What Videogames Are You Playing Right Now?
Right now, I'm mid-way into chapter four (final chapter) of Dragon Quest Builders. I've enjoyed it, however with many complaints. If they build a new one (aha), I hope they improve on some controls and camera work, or at least let it be a little more modifiable.
Edit: And I finished DQBuilders last night. Kinda cool ending, until post-credits, then it's like "aw come on man".

[RMVX ACE] DQM breeding system
The system works with a few factors: Pedigree and Mate, Monster Classes, and either a rating system for monsters within a class or particular monsters just leading to special results.
Standard Ex: Pedigree (Material class) + Mate (Zombie class) = Rogue Knight: a suit of armour, shield, and sword possessed by a spirit or housing a zombie.
Specialty Ex: Pedigree (Ice Man) + Mate (Lava Man) = Gold Golem, a giant brick monster made of Gold.

The community I was once a part of, and hopefully no one remembers my garbage childish antics, was RPG Town. I've grown up, kind of. At least in the good ways.
I'm in my late 20s, and I play video games sometimes. I prefer classics, and I was never good at completing projects. For anything. Ever.

I recall the section on the Legion Saga website where Kamau posted everyone's theories.
And yeah, the theories were great. I kind of want to go and replay the LS games now.
Edit: There are so many RM games I want to go back and play: A Blurred Line, the LS games, Running Water IV or something like that. It's been too long since I played them.

For a second there I thought you were referring to the old RPG Townie Gremio and not the Suikoden character hahaha. I totally have my priorities straight.
