GIAKS'S PROFILE

A time comes in every man's life when they get shaken to the core, when the river of ambition sinks low to the earth and the very rock that man has built the foundation of his life upon crumbles. There in his tiny shattered world, amongst the rubble of his broken hopes and dreams he waits. Time loses meaning and he watches as eternity fades into oblivion...yet still he waits; for one day he knows the rain will fall.

...and when it does he is reforge, from the mud that surrounds him, from the ash that covers him, from the very spark of thought that has innovated all life...he will rise!

We can shape him, make him to what we want him to be...and in the end...we can be entertained!
RPG MAKER man...it's a ton of fun!!

The credit for that tent goes to PandaMaru. I got the graphic from the July 2013 ReStaff. I think deep down inside everyone is just a little bit scared of clowns at the circus. :)

Very cool.

Maybe put pipes that run left and right across the screen, large and small.
Also maybe junction boxes, Pressure gauges, valve handles, maybe a loose string of lights, some grates spread out on the wall just next to the sewer water, Some empty bottles or bent up cans(soda, beer, beans...etc), and graffiti(if it's connected to an urban setting above)

...I've never used a sewer tileset before so I'm not entirely sure how much of this would be do-able.

I think you could combine Kenton's, Gourd_Clae's and Fluffpuff's naming schemes. Using all three elements the names could look something like...

Colby J. Kensington III
Remington B. Castello...his parents call him Remy and he hates it.

...and I'm sure I'm over thinking this, but I'd consider naming him after a cheese that fit his personality. Like Colby J., if the mouse had more of a bold personality, or B. Castello if he was a upper class smooth talking mouse. Again probably over thinking that.

You could also add some random shiny animated gleams. The trick is to balance them out across the pile and not have to many happening at once. I'm not sure how many to put in there...One gleam for a tooth commercial, probably more for a giant pile of gold. I think the animation would help break up the gold pile a bit more.

Also maybe make the large back gold pile just slightly darker then the front gold pile. You probably want to make the gleams on the back pile smaller with some sort of slight tint as well. That way it shows the full girth of the gold pile and really give it some depth.

@Ratty524 - Yeah it sorta does have a minecraft feel to it, i think its the squares of the VX resources.

@Jpratt - that musta been a huge map. this one felt entirely to large for me haha, still i wanted to make something i wasn't entirely comfortable doing. i'd like to play your desert if you still have the map layin' around somewhere.
