HAPPY_MYRRH'S PROFILE

Kinda new to this whole RPG Maker community.
Not new to RPG Makers in general though! I have used RPG Maker DS, FES, and even one on the SNES, although the games made on these were definitely cringeworthy lol. I now primarily use MZ (and maybe MV), and that's all there is about me.

[RMMZ] Hiding Battle UI (without hiding text)

So, in my game, there's dialogue against major bosses, right?
It's good and all, but the character busts that get called in are displayed under the battle UI, which causes some character images to become obscured as seen below:

I have found ways to hide the battle UI, but they seem to not only hide the UI, but any text windows as well, which is obviously NOT what I'm looking to do...

Does anyone know how to hide/show the battle UI without also hiding the text windows?

[RMMZ] Changing the save image layout

The "Save Core" plugin I'm using lets you change what actor images you want to use for the save file previews, but I can't seem to figure out how to change the images in the part of the screen I circled:

Does anyone know how to change the images within the area I circled?

[RMMZ] Using Items as Skill Costs

I'm trying to add a class to my game that's similar to the "Salve-Maker" class in Bravely Default, which is one that possesses skills that require items to use instead of MP or stuff like that, but I'm having trouble understanding how that works with the SkillStates plugin I have.
Does anyone have any idea how setting items as a skill cost works?

\FS[X] being dumb

Back at it again having another issue that annoys me half to death.
The text command "\FS" only works for me SOMETIMES.
Some of my class skill type names are too long to be displayed, so I tried using the font size text code to reduce it down to a displayable level as shown here:

HOWEVER, in game, only one of these seems to display correctly, and the OTHER one includes the "\FS" in the skill type name for some dumb reason:

Is this just the RPG Maker being stupid?
Or am I genuinely doing something wrong here?

[RMMZ] The Stupidest Thing I've Ever Seen

Twas just play-testing this RPG game I'm working on, decided to look at the stats of my charcaters and noticed THIS stupid thing that just appeared out of nowhere:

For literally NO REASON AT ALL it would appear that the base target rate for one of my characters has rose to friggin 348,518% and I have NO FRIGGIN CLUE what the hell could've even caused this. Does anyone know how I can remove this stupid error??
By the way, I have already tried the following:
>Checking this character's base target rate in the "Actors" tab. His base target rate is 100%, same as the other three party members.
>Going through all 500+ states to make sure he didn't have some kind of invisible state that sky-rocketed his target rate.
>Checking his class parameters and equipment parameters to make sure I didn't accidentally place a super high target rate parameter on his class/equipment.
>Checked my other save files to see if this issue has appeared anywhere else. It hasn't. It's only on my main playtest save file where this stupid issue has appeared.

[RMMZ] Fonts Going Rogue wtfish

No clue what the heckaroni happened. I was just playtesting my game, and I noticed some of my text was looking a little strange. Some letters were blacked out, and others appeared warped and distorted...
Does anyone have any idea WHAT even happened to my font? Or better yet, how to fix it?
(Here's an image with both blackened text, and distorted text, just for a visual:)

As you can see, the "O" in "You" is distorted, and the "I" in "If" is blacked out

[RMMZ] Auto Triggers SUDDENLY not working...

I am honestly about to lose it.
Making this game, and in it I have a "Bard" class of sorts...
The class is supposed to have a passive skill called "Inspiring Display" where whenever you apply a buff to one or more allies, you perform a healing skill on all allies after using it.
I made this work using the "AutoSkillTriggers" plugin.

I have tested this skill SO MANY TIMES, and each and every time, it has worked as intended, with absolutely ZERO errors whatsoever...

But ALL OF A SUDDEN the skill has killed itself or something, and now if an enemy has that passive skill, instead of performing the heal move, they just repeat the skill they just used INFINITELY until they run out of MP.

For a better example of what I mean is, this class has a skill called "Fight With Vigor" which increases all allies' attack by 10% for 4 turns.
If you have the "Inspiring Display" passive skill, using the skill should cause THIS to happen:
Bard class uses "Fight With Vigor" > Party receives +10% attack > Bard triggers "Inspiring Display" > Party heals some HP

BUT INSTEAD for NO GOOD REASON, THIS has been happening instead:
Bard class uses "Fight With Vigor" > Party receives +10% attack > repeat INFINITELY

I have NO FRIGGIN CLUE what the hell even went wrong! Especially because the skill works just fine in the testing room I have setup in my game, but for some reason if you playtest, or try fighting that enemy in the actual game, it friggin breaks!!

I'd like to avoid having to change THE WHOLE DAMN SKILL just cuz the software has decided it doesn't like that skill anymore, but it's REALLY getting to that point...

Does ANYONE have ANY idea what the hell to do about this stupid issue!?

URLs in Download links...

When adding a new download for a game, I noticed the URL textbox, but it doesn't appear to do what I expected it to. So, what exactly DOES it do?

[RMMZ] Class Levels/Level-Up Display

Currently making a game that utilizes Main Classes and Subclasses...
It isn't TOO big of an issue, but it slightly bothers me that upon completing a battle, you only see the "Level Up!" screen if the main class levels up. However, when the subclass levels up, it is not shown on the level up screen. Instead, you have to manually check the "Class Menu" to see if it has levelled up.
Is there any way to change that so the level-up screen is shown if ANY class levels up?
Also, is there a way to reduce a class's Maximum Level?

Download File Size

I'm kinda at a loss here...
Trying to upload a demo for a game of mine, but for some reason, I can't include ALL of the files necessary to run the game. Each time I try, I get hit with a "File Size Too Large" error message.
Is there some sort of way to reduce the file size, or submit the download file I wish to put forth? Or do I just have to give up and scrap the whole idea??
This is honestly VERY annoying...
