Oh yeah. rpgmaker.net! I remember they didn't like Don Miguel and there was some sort of war concerning stolen tutorials and removing people's credits.

I wonder what ever became of that place...?

Is creativity a resource you spend on project or do you have to work on something to generate creativity?

Sometimes you generate it by working on something, sometimes you spend it all and have to wait until your turn comes up. But you're vulnerable to attack during that phase.
