I'm an anime fan, even if it is cool to hate it these days. I use anime tropes fairly consistently and if you don't like it, you won't like my games either. That's life and I'm not changing. That being said, is there a Touhou anime? I'd be all over it if there was.

F-G: You're using Rm2k to make Sore Losers. It's not a bad game by any means, and I'm sure you spent hours upon hours on the last demo of it. Now, would you pay $60 for it if it were on download.com? If so, then why wouldn't you pay $60 for VX, which is more powerful?

Back on topic, I'm disappointed that AGM won't have scripting. It will limit the power of the engine compared to if scripting were available. We'll just have to see how robust the built-in templates are.

Craze: Ara Fell and LoD are good games, but they both still felt like 2k3 games to me. Teo's games and oddly, Legend of the Philosopher's Stone, would be the examples I'd cite.

In terms of flexibility, not having RGSS is a huge step backward. Though I wonder how the exporter works. If I were to make an AGM game and export it to Flash, could I then take the solution from there and code the game the way I want in Action Script?
