The Last Story, XenoBlade announced for Wii

http://www.nintendo.co.jp/wii/slsj/index.html - Sakaguchi and Uematsu are on board. Not sure if Amano is or not. I'm not sure if the title is funny, or if Mistwalker is admitting they're on their last legs much like Square was when they made their "Last Story".

http://www.nintendo.co.jp/wii/sx4j/index.html - Xeno Blade. It's thought that this is the game we've known as "Monado".Not sure how or if this has any ties to the other Xenocrap games.

Atelier Iris 3 brought in a lot of changes from the first 2 games, and IMO it didn't quite work. But it was a good testing ground, because they got what they were trying to do in AI3 right in Mana Khemia and improved even further in Mana Khemia 2.

Allegedly these games have had shoddy localizations and the writing is much better in the original versions. Oh well.

Snowed in, so I plowed through and beat Magna Carta 2 and then gave this a quick whirl. Or, that was what I intended, but that quick whirl lasted a good half hour. It's not bad at all.
