I think the only thing I was disappointed by was that the trailer ended up also featuring Ritcher Belmont... Thought for a second watching it that we were getting a playable Dracula too. Especially since it seems like they're trying to get all the villains they left out in there now.

I'm not sure why they didn't include a playable Bomberman tbh. I mean, he's there as an assist trophy already, so you've got the rights and the models, AND some effects/animations. So close, but so far.

An Erdrick would be cool. I'd love Banjo but there's no chance at all of it happening now, sadly. I think the only other character they haven't already gotten in that I wanted is Professor Layton- which I admit would be dumb as hell, but also really funny. If the Ice Climbers can make it in then I don't see why I can't play as a puzzle solving boi

EDIT: Thinking more, I'd like to see a Doctor Luigi, mostly for laughs. I wouldn't mind costumes or echo fighters of some of the other Pikmin Captains, like Louie, Charlie, and the Hocotate Freight President.

Plus, if they're doing villains to round out the roster, put Sephiroth in. Just imagine- Kirby cosplaying as Sephiroth. IMAGINE.
