I like the monster and simplistic appeal. That said, enlarge the player´s combat pictures. Also, make the selector color different so it´s easier to navigate the menu.

But demons are so cool! Tbh, I might switch him to the game´s usual ghost. Would make more sense, and not pop out as much. Anyways, thanks for the feedback!

It´s the custom lights I made. They more or less reflect off of the semi-transparent grey fog mixed with a slight or moderate in game color tint and heavy darkness.

As for the brightness, it´s funny you brought that up because I just today realised my laptop has been overly bright all these years. Like, I had a feeling, but it didn't really dawn on me until got I a comment on twitter this morning saying, yet again, relatively the same thing. So, the game will now be a little bit brighter than all of the pictures here. Still dark, but a little bit brighter. (In fact, I may have to go back and upload new screenshots to all these pictures one day down the road. Some are from the even darker version about a year ago) Brightness has always been the most common critique of the game, and now that I´m looking at it on a completely different monitor, I can totally see why.
