Making your own panorama game

A quick thing I would change. If you want part of the map to appear above the player, take an image editing program of choice, select all the areas you want to appear above the player, copy them, and paste into a new picture (same size as panorama). Now you can just have 1 picture overlaying the map!

Very good article. I think it is rather important for games to have at least some non linear facors to them. Me, I like a plethora of them.

Lol, also transparency issues can occur if you do it this way, also, I have never packaged a game, so I can't say anything about it that far.
