Um, Suikoden, a $200 game,which is the 2ND greatest PS1 title ever made, didn't use water heal, nor did you have ice mazes. Suikoden II was the first( Worth $475 new).
But still any other game you can think of uses these for some odd reason. Who even came up with this?
