Yeah, that guy used to be at a place where he could only face left or right, but I changed the map a bit. And I was lazy and didn't finish his up and down graphics.
I'll do those directions later, that should fix that. Thanks for the report!

The Way EP 1
EasyRPG works as an "executable replacement". You should be good to go by just placing the Player.exe into the game's folder, along with the rest of the game's files. Then just run the game from the Player.exe instead of the RPG_RT executable.

EasyRPG makes life easier by fixing a plethora of issues, especially with newer computers: Fonts don't look like garbo, you can use any RTP with any game (some games were made using different versions / translations and due to that use different filenames for the same resources; EasyRPG fixes that). It also works on fullscreen on any system, while vanilla RM nowadays has many troubles with Windows 11 for example. And of course, EasyRPG has ports to many systems but anyway.

iirc the actual proper character graphic for Birch is like a monk or something, I can imagine psy using that, then realizing the character looked weird in a town setting. I'll adjust it later whenever I got time. There's a couple other stuff I'd like to tweak too.
