I've been an active member for quite a few years now. I started my RMN career by releasing the Eden Legacy Trilogy of games (each entry took 4 months of nonstop work) within one year, and I've gradually shifted to creating other games as well. I now have 3 flagship series: Eden Legacy, Fragile Hearts, and Mafiosi (being remade for commercial release as Crime Opera). I'm pretty much solely focused on the Crime Opera series of visual novels right now, as my band and job currently take up most of my free time.

This is an old screen, the town is pretty vibrant with activity now. I'll probably make it seem rather crowded to give it that special atmosphere.

My graphic artist buddy put this together for me. I'm not quite sure what's happening in it, but I imagine the sun is exploding lol.

I would suggest changing the windowskin before taking any more screens. Seriously, it looks bad.

I went and got a bunch of new system sets a few hours ago. I've narrowed it down to three. I may use them all for the different main character stories and then let the players choose which one they want to have when they all meet up.
I'll see what people think when I post some new screens with the new sets.

In all seriousness, seeing Gourry in a parody setting does bring about bouts of "good god he's so out of character it's not funny" vibes. I sincerely hope you do his character justice, sbester.
I've only seen the first Slayers series, but I suppose it was impressionable enough to inspire parts of this game. However, it got so boring towards the end that I stopped watching with only one episode left, which is saying something. My plan is to make this short enough that it doesn't overdo it.

lol me too. His other animations are better imo though, much more lively. I probably won't post them here but you'll see when the game comes out.
