SBESTER'S PROFILE

I've been an active member for quite a few years now. I started my RMN career by releasing the Eden Legacy Trilogy of games (each entry took 4 months of nonstop work) within one year, and I've gradually shifted to creating other games as well. I now have 3 flagship series: Eden Legacy, Fragile Hearts, and Mafiosi (being remade for commercial release as Crime Opera). I'm pretty much solely focused on the Crime Opera series of visual novels right now, as my band and job currently take up most of my free time.

Yeah, it's still a WIP that I started yesterday. Still needs some spiffing up and I have yet to add any events. You're right about the water problem, but I think I have a way to fix it.

The way the character description has it, her name is literally "Sensei". I mean, my Japanese is not the best in the universe, but I know "sensei" is a title (meaning "teacher"), not a name.


It's common for teachers to be addressed as Sensei "insert real name here" in Japan, so I just left it at that.

Thanks for the tip, Avee! I'll try that, I didn't know that worked so well for those! Perhaps I can improve a few others in the process.

Yeah her conversion didn't go as smoothly as some others did, so I may be changing her sprite soon. I had to let go of a couple characters already due to poor conversions, but the cast was much too large anyway.

Same here, I always thought Front Mission was a beautiful game all around. I just wish 2 and 3 maintained the 2d style, since the 3d of the ps1 games was really jagged and awkward.

There's a reason for the clash, storywise. Robot battles take place in a different world and I went with 2 completely different styles for each.

@chana I actually have 2 versions of this map that I'm deciding between. One where I shifted the yellow parts and this one where I didn't. I may post the other one at the reveal to see which people like better, for some reason I keep leaning toward this one though.
