Have you considered seeing a Chiro? I've been seeing one for the last year every week since I also have chronic pain due to subluxation in my cervical spine and it's helped quite a bit.
I was going to mention trying a standing desk or treadmill desk but sounds like that is painful as well over time.
Also I find meditation/mindfulness can help keep focus off the pain. Not sure if that's something you'd be interested in but it really improved my life.

It's a deduction puzzle. Basically you have to identify the unlabeled chemicals by running a series of tests. There's notebooks next to each test that tells you which chemicals will react to the tests and which won't. You might need to write it down to keep track of it...
If you can't figure it out the solution should be on here somewhere. It's probably the most complicated puzzle in the game and one of my favorites. :)
