I'm working on whatever I'm working on, and I love RPG Maker games that aren't traditional RPGs. Puzzlers, interactive stories, but nothing too abstract that'll weird me out. Just give me a polished gem and I'll stare at it for days, marveling at the way the light reflects just right, inner inflections, potato top pie.

Suzy and freedom Review

I should have probably pointed out the spoiler warning more vividly. I kind of felt like I could spoil it because it was based on a true story and that somehow made the ending more predictable because it, well, already happened. Maybe you can come read this after you've finished to get another perspective on it? It's a brilliant game. I've played it once again since this time, and my opinion hasn't changed.

Even though it's only the first 30 minutes, I think things should have been introduced a lot more excitingly. The slow pace of the main character and the overblown way in which things are exposed leave a lot to be desired - it's a bit tasteless, sometimes. But hopefully these issues will be resolved better along the rest of the story.

This review is pretty well written. I liked reading it and it gave me another insight into this game, which has a lot of potential but sometimes fails to reach it. I hope the completed game is really cool.

Yeah the boss was quite lengthy on my playthrough as well. Nothing that a bit of grinding couldn't fix, though. I bet you just had to kill a little more small baddies, TheRealDMac ;)

Yeah, I think you could have got away with doing away with the character introductions altogether and teaching the player how to play along the way. That alternate ending sounds nice, and provides a bit of a twist as well which I like.

Thanks for letting me play this game. It was nice, short and sweet.

I don't believe you saw my 1-star review of that game ;) Although I'll have to play this game to see if it does actually deserve a 2.5 star rating. If anything, that just means it's improvable. :)
