Well, with dogs a "pound" can refer to something like an adoption center, which in that case would definitely weight more than 1 lb of feathers or anything else, but that's really stretching the words here, huh? :p

"Died this morning" in an enclosed area and it's already a skelly? Must've been one of those eco-friendly "rapidly bio-degrading" dragons.

Oh, yeah, that would explain it!
I only played the Sega CD version in emulator. I have to admit, the English acting and dialogue is pretty good, not just for the time, but even by modern standards. Can't say I really agree with a number of aspects of the game's design, or Working Designs' changes to the mechanics, but oh well, I still found it a fairly charming game. Too bad that anime deal never went through...
e: oh, Popful's a secret character? That's pretty cool. Also, Popful Mail X, haha, I'd play it!
