The quickest way for me to lose a lot of time is to get caught up in a discussion about gender XD

Same... whoops ;-_- I meant to get more of our sprites done this morning (I promise I'll make up for it tonight!), but these topics are fun and interesting to discuss, when things aren't too heated.
Related, I was super bummed when I remembered I couldn't play female Robin and still marry Tharja or Sully in Fire Emblem. I play a guy every day, is it too much to want to play a girl and still marry cute girls ;_;

Personally, there are very few things that make me as happy as a constructive discussion in which the participants actually take each other seriously and genuinely consider what the others have to say. This one has been like that, and you contributed a lot to that fact.

This has definitely been far better than what I am unfortunately used to on RMN, at least in topics discussing equality issues. I was initially afraid to get further involved in the topic because I feared another bad blood brewing GG-eqsue affair.
Good thing it hasn't become that (yet)!

Yeah, totally! ^_^ And I like it because I learn something each time I delve into topics like this. It's awesome to get other perspectives on this stuff! :D
in awakening i can totally understand the straight-only relationships because of the children. if it weren't for the children i would've been a little upset i couldn't hook up with gaius
but instead i hooked up with cordelia (who is awesome, too bad severa sucks) and matched gaius with lissa. best owain ever. too bad i disliked both morgan and severa lololol

Yea, I guess it makes sense because of the children, it was a just a minor gripe :P
Gaius & Cordelia was definitely my favorite couple, and they ended up being total badasses. I also had a ton of fun shipping Noire and Owain and having them scream loving battle cries at each other while Noire crit everything like crazy with Astra.
