It was back when I was in high school, so about 6 years ago. Sorry, but I can't remember where exactly it was. I do remember watching a street performance, though. Be careful if you see one, because thieves see people who watch them as potential targets.
On that note, remember the golden rule about street performers: If they make you stop, or even slow down, you owe them a dollar at least.
