I'm really sorry about the delays, but I think everyone in this forum has either school or work to deal with that often pushes our personal projects aside forcibly...
I picked up an additional and compressed summer semester, which has me very busy for just a few more weeks. Plans can just change rapidly...
I don't think I'm a genius though, lol...

another game ?? What's da scoop ??

Well, two things really.
1. I'm switching from VXAce to MV. So, I'm trying to finish all the projects with significant progress on VXAce, those with minimum progress are being moved to MV or being rebuilt on MV. Currently I'm waiting for a nice ABS to appear on MV.
2. College - I'm taking 3 math courses this semester (two of which are different levels of calculus. Needless to say, I haven't had as much time as I'd like to work on my hobby here... especially with employment factored in.

Esoteric, my current project, is a time sink too. My brain compels me to focus on finishing it. I've also got a project for school... so, the follow up game is around 3rd or 4th on the queue. I might take out another small project in between.
Maybe my projects, Dreamscape, The Tower, or Awakening. I'm not sure.

Pastlife: Legend of von Ätherluft is set in a more modern environment and so I've been wondering how to replace magical spells with more technological techniques. You'll still get a sword as a main weapon, but maybe the enemies have guns...

Well, being featured last month caused Last King of Hyrule to get 160 downloads and 0 comments. Meanwhile my MUD got 8 new players last month, most of whom talk on general chat constantly about the game. Guess which of those two situations makes me excited and energized to keep improving the game?

I'm going to guess the downloads, because numbers have that affect on the brain, perhaps a greater pressure to perform.
