The game is nearing completion. The new demo replaces 3.1, and is from the alpha version of the game.

The game's new release date is January 2015.

There is a lot of content in this demo, about 3 hours of gameplay. More monster eggs, all of the main characters, more dungeon levels, and an improved favor system. Traps and fairy alcoves were added. You can now make explosives at the alchemy lab. (Sorry, it's highly unlikely you will be able to achieve explosives in the demo; but it will be available in the final game. I was getting ahead of myself.)
