VX Ace Decrypter. This is the ONLY reason for this thing to exist, situations like this.

What's the patch link? I'll see if I can decrypt it for you. I'm asking because the download is dated 22nd March but you've got a 'blog post after that stating you'd made changes.

OK, I'll see if I can get it to decrypt. It worked with the 1.0.6 one with no issues, so hopefully it will work with the patch too. If so is there a particular part you want, or do you want it all in one file?

Alright, both decrypted fine and I could open them in VX Ace. I'll upload them to mediafire and post the links to both.

1.0.6 is what I put up after the file corrupted, so 1.0.5 is the one I need. I just want the entire thing in one file so that I can work on it just like I did before.
How exactly did you use the decrypter? I opened the corrupted file, went to Tools > Extract All Files, then clicked Generate Game.rvproj2, then took that file and replaced the encrypted file in the game folder. Was there something different I needed to do?

I don't use the first one, I use the one benos posted, it's easier and more idiot proof (which works for me xD).
Give me 10 minutes and I'll have a link for you, once you've got it let me know and I'll amend this post since I'm sure you want to keep it encrypted for everyone else.

Oh I really hope this works, I got so freaked out when my file corrupted. But, what of the folders that are gone due to the encryption? Should I just copy paste them from my original file folder?
