Set in a dark world, where there are no laws to speak of, a young man fights a battle he cannot possibly win...

This man's name is Elioth. He lives a carefree life in the small village of Gharos, together with his girlfriend, Catherine.
He works at the local Excavator's guild, a guild that searches and cleans out ancient ruins, fighting monsters if need be to defend the local populace.

However, returning home one day from his most dangerous job yet, he finds Catherine unconscious. Stricken by a new and terrible disease called Blood Haze, he sets out to find the cure together with his younger brother, Kaleo and his superior, Gesley.

Does a cure even exist?

This journey will lead them onto a path from which they can't turn back from.

The forces of Heaven and Hell are on the move...

Patch 1.04 Released.

As promised, patch 1.04 is officially released!
This patch mainly focuses on bug fixes.
Patch 1.04a is also out, download it to fix a major issue!

Installation instructions:
If your game is already at 1.03a, get the 1.03a -> 1.04 download!
If you just downloaded the unpatched full game, get 1.00 -> 1.04!

I deleted patch 1.02 -> 1.03 and 1.00 -> 1.03. If you're still at 1.02, re-install the game then apply the 1.00 -> 1.04 patch.
Patch 1.03a is gonna be up for a while longer to allow people who are still at 1.03 to update to 1.03a so they can apply the 1.04 patch.

Patch Notes:

Bug Fixes:
-Fixed replaying event in Kul'An Ruins B4.
-Fixed replaying event in Gharos Ruins Underground.
-Fixed "Mana Drain" skill on enemies.
-Fixed 80% CP boost not affecting the mobs in Tartarus.
-Fixed Chernobog quest to not become completable if you accept the quest, and then kill Chernobog before doing the first step in the quest.
-Fixed missing tree tile in Gomé Road map after the Tower of God has fallen.
-Fixed transfer event inside Bo's house so it doesn't transfer to the wrong map.
-Fixed player able to walk through the walls that block your path in Tower of God 5F.
-Fixed answering wrong on one of the riddle doors making the player unable to move anymore.
-Fixed the "You Know Bosco?" arena card being usable even after completion of the quest.

Miscellaneous additions:
-Added a teleport lock to certain parts of the game where you're not meant to use your teleport stones.

Troop changes:

-Added preemptive tag to more enemy groups.

Chapter changes:
-Added 5 more rare mob groups to Chapter 3 for a total of 8.
-Added different dialog for NPC's in Caspadul in Chapter 4.

Area Changes:
Mansion of Despair
-Added a crack graphic to the tile you have to step on and fall through to advance.

Tower of God
-Increased CP gain by 30%.

Boss changes:

Gabriel, Uriel & Raphael
-Increased CP by 50%

Metatron
-Increased CP by 200%

Avatar of God
-Breaking a Seal in the fight now gives a game over as intended.
-Reduced ATK on the arms by 25%.

So the game is done and would be ready to download, if not for the fact that I kind of want to create a blog post and some different pages on this profile first.
Unfortunately, it's 1:37 AM, I'm hungry and have a slight headache.

I'll do it tomorrow when I wake up.
This games looks pretty interesting and the stuff I see looks pretty fun to play! So I'm going to play the game and give you my feedback when I'm done! :)

I could make an alternate download link on my Mediafire, if that is actually allowed that is, sorry for the late answer but I kind of went away after I uploaded this.

In the opening screen why is the the quit game option for Blood Haze missing; when you open the game there is only new game and continue to chose from. I had to exit the game using the start menu flag icon and shuting the program from the task menu. I do have the 1.01 patch installed as well.

I've never played in full screen, so I didn't realize that might become a problem.
The battle engine I use automatically removes this option.
Don't worry though, I will add it back in in Patch 1.02.

And I'm really sorry for all these patches, I actually didn't expect to have to do any when I released this.

Thank you for the fix. The patches are fine as long as they balance/makes your game better.

I've only come across this when I've already clicked a download, canceled out, then clicked on a download again after doing something else. Just try again in a couple of hours, and you should be fine. Yeah, it's kinda annoying, but there is a story behind this error message!
Patch 1.03 is in production right now, so I thought I would share the two main features:

-Automatic usage of equipment cards when in towns. This cuts down the tedium of using them, going back in inventory, using them etc etc etc MAKE IT STOP :<
-Retry option added to boss battles, handy for boss battles with 2-3 minutes of dialog before them.

And of course some small fixes here and there, along with a change to a certain boss fight.

EDIT: I forgot to mention the removal of a few floors of a certain dungeon even I find tedious to go through. Increasing EXP, CP and Drop rate of the mobs by 20-30% to take into account the amount of encounters that will disappear along with this change.

okay, this is the only RMN game i've played that has ligitamately scared me (like, doubled my heartrate). I cannot get past the demon girl part. I know you have to run into her at every turn and dead end and eventually you can go back downstairs, but I can never get to that point. Help? I feel trapped in that hotel....

You actually have to enter one of the rooms that stays opened. Here's a quick guide:

You run into her, run back up, she appears and you run down, through the hallway and it turns red, right? Keep going and you go up, then she appears and you go down, she appears again and you go back up and into the room located on your left, basically the only room where there isn't a boulder blocking your path.

Hmm.. I would like to know, if you have played Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines?
I see some influence from that game in the hotel part. Though this is good, because that was my favourite scene in that game :D
I did play it for a bit and got to the hotel part.
But I never thought about it while creating the hotel in this game, the idea just came from nowhere really.

I think.
That scene was quite different, regarding story, and happenings. But that ambient reminded me of that place... and i really liked that part also :D
