I been working on some enemy battle sprites. I needed some more enemy varieties, and I'm still working on a fat students who I named "Might Student" at the moment.

Okay, made some changes that should make the description better, and yeah; have no idea why I used "surfaced". I meant that as "found out" or "discovered". Now with that, does this line sound any better?
"When news of his untimely death due to illness was discovered, the morale of Hujino collapsed"
And will this line work better?
"When news of his untimely death due to illness was discovered by the other schools, the morale of Hujino collapsed"
Trying to tell the people who reads this that not only the morale caused them the year, but the other schools took advantage when Hujino's leader passed away.
My game's description
For as long as the people of Chetsyoha, Japan, remembers, a martial art rivalry has been going on between five great schools for years. Jukodo of the Brown, Hujino of the Green, Pirusuna of the Purple, Gekjou of the Gray, and Ushiyuga of the Blue, are the five schools vying over control of Chetsyoha City.
Hujino of the green; was led by Ryota Tsukino, a second-year student who was virtually undefeated and led the school to many victories. When news of his untimely death due to illness was discovered by the other schools, the morale of Hujino collapsed, and they lost most of their territories, resulting in a huge loss for them during that school year.
With every new school year arriving comes an influx of new students, potential recruits for each of the schools. One particular student, Hitomi Koizuki (a carefree girl with a unique talent for martial arts), has gained the attention of the new captain of Hujino's Martial Arts Club, Atsuko Tsukino.
Knowing that the other four schools' assaults on each other will cause chaos to the innocent Hujino students, Atsuko - joined by Hitomi - set out to find new members, whilst also trying to protect what is left of their schools' former glory.

Okay, sorry for the late reply. Really appreciate your help Marrend. I went back and made some changes that seem like a nice improvement to the description. And yes, Hitomi is the main character, Atsuko is the second member of the party.

Relationship Events - Become closer friends with your team and other people to unlock skills for them and for yourself. You may even find a special someone.
Social Status - Doing some downtime, why not visit a cafe, maybe work there for a little cash. People may find you charming or smarter. Social stats can be use to unlock new options for people who are looking for more charming or brave students.
7 Days Week System - Some shops or events only happens on Mondays, some on Tuesday, and so on. Explore areas on certain days and see what you find.
Mission Time! - Certain events happens on your adventure. Do these mission events to gain rewards or to advance the plot.
School Fame - Hujino not known to help people until now. Get the school more known and maybe more events or stuff for the school will be unlocked.
Mini-Games - Still planning.

@Luiishu Not bad. There are a few moments in the beginning where the teleportation
tiles are warping the characters to the tiles at the edge of the next screen. You should probably make that all one tile ahead, so you don't end up with the player accidentally pressing left and ending up on the previous screen. It happened to me all the time when playing Hero's Realm.
I'm working on expanding my games first dungeon and I would like to see it this is a decent start.
It's not bad at all. Just looks a little too narrow for my taste. Unless you were going for that, I actually find this nicely done.

Finally begun making battlesets for my characters. I'm not good at making my sprites from scratch, so I take ripped ones and use them as bases for my characters. The sprites I edited over are from the games: Cross Edge, Phantom Brave, and RPG Maker VXace character generator sets.
This screenshot is just me testing out the first mooks of the game. Their size, animation, and how they look when grouped.

I have to second Unity as well. I been seeing some well good games for it this past year. Both 3D & 2D games. Sorry that I can't think of much when it comes to free.
What Videogames Are You Playing Right Now?
I been playing Conception II: Children of the Seven Stars as of late, grinding all my 61 children to level 30+ and finding out new team skills before entering a new dungeon. Which takes hours. Which I already got 81 hours in it, and haven't made it to the last chapter yet.
Also, been trying to make the heroines happy by doing their side-stories and improving the relationship.

I am Yuu-Mon Musuedo, YuuMonMu for short. Not a real name actually. I just came here to greet people, introduce myself a little, and why am I here. I'm a guy who like anime and video games, and those helped me get inspired into making my own world, flowing with colorful characters and locations. I am really glad a program like RPG Maker allows me to do this with such ease, making me feel the only limit is my imagination.
