ik this is late, but as a pokemon rpg site creator, owner and coder myself it requires alot of work, the pokemon rpg market is also hard to get by because most rpg are exactly the same. to make an rpg i recommend learning the following languages:

- html
- css
- php
- mysql
- mysqli
- jacscript/ajax

these are the languages that i recomend learning before creating one, html, css, php and mysql/mysqli are big musts due to security, data handling and user handling.
