Been slacking off this for a few weeks. Meant to look like a soft pastel effect, inspired by games like Tales of and Atelier.

Id say that is a bit too blurry for me but its a really nice atmosphere.

Yeah I like postin screens dont hate me.

Nice, Calibre, good to see you're on track with that project. I think it could use a more contrast to make it pop more, but it's definitely coming along great. c:

And arcan, I like what's there so far, the perspective looks nice. Can't really think of anything constructive to say, though. :p
The sides of the platform could use a little more dithering. Mesh the colors together a little more, and doing so in an uneven pattern might make it look a little more realistic. Don't get me wrong, though, that looks excellent as is.

That's gorgeous Calibre! The only complaint I have is those trees. They seem to lack detail or any defining features. They just look like a lot of green. Perhaps make the shading darker? Overall, it's a nice little effect you have going on there :P.

That's looking excellent arcan. Now, just create a nice background to go with it and it would look even better!
I can't think of any constructive criticism to give you other than that. Great job :P.
I got my hands on a much better computer than my own, so I finally could record a high-quality video of my ABS. Click:

New stuff:
The energy system I mentioned before; Some Different sound effects (the last ones were pretty annoying to hear over and over again. I hope these ones are easier on the ears).

I really just wanted to record a video in a decent quality. On my computer, when I record a video in a map full of details (trees, different grass types, cliffs, whatever), the FPS drops whenever I move the hero. That's why there was a very simple test map in the last video.

Gota say I really like that HUD and how smooth everything is. The only thing I would recommend is changing the the walk animation when he is not in a battle unless you already do that in towns, then its okay.

I honestly wish I could capture more of the Sage Mountain, but even the editor won't allow for
a full screenshot.
@East: Looks nice, I love how smooth the movement appears good work.
