That is, all the menus and tools in RPG Maker VX Ace are in Japanese or English and i want to translate them into another language. I want to translate for Spanish, for example.
I've heard of some software called: Resource Hacker, DLL Export Viewer. Maybe that could help.

Yup, you could use Resources Hacker, it will allow you to decompile the forms and change names and a few more things as you see fit
However, you should not do it. Compiling-decompiling .exe is strictly prohibited by most license owners, including Enterbrain.

Also, just wait for the English version of it to come out. The trial for it is 30 days long of the full product. (The Japanese trial has limits like the amount of maps and what-not, but the English one just has the time limit.)
Also, support the English release by buying it when it comes out. Even if you need to save bit by bit to do so, it would be well worth it because of the extra materials you can access when/if Enterbrain releases any.
