Well, I'm having some issues with a bank system I saw on some japanese crap site.
The naive idiot I am, I followed their tutorial and found myself pissed even more then I was when I started searching for this.

I can't adjust it.. it has some problems with the \vg,\vg etc.
When I come up to the banker anything I type comes up with nothing.
Here are the photos, if anyone knows how to help...

Thanks in advance!
Well, I'll give it a shot, even though I'¡m not sure what you are experiencing problems with:

First off:

When you want to show how much you have in the bank, the variable containing that amount is \v(6); in your "Withdraw (\v(2) in bank)" line, you have to reflect that. All instances of current funds in bank should also be changed to that.

When you add the amount of the withdrawal, you're not subtracting it from the account; all you're doing is making the funds in the bank account equal to the amount you just withdrew. The line should be
\v(6) = \v(6) - \v(3).

Then show the \v variable, instead of the \v(3).

Then, when depositing. Your current gold is stored in \v(4), not 3. So display that variable instead of the \v(3).

Again, the money you want to deposit is stored in \v(3), so you want to display that when asking "Are you sure you want to deposit..."

Then, again, you are equaling the bank funds to the amount you want to deposit. What you want to do is to add the deposit amount (\v(3)) to the bank account, \v(6).

And then display the correct variable.

I hope that helps... even though I've never worked with scripts, this one is a simple variable changing code. Shouldn't be a problem.

This is not a script just a common event :D.

Now that we cleared that up, he is right you got all your call variables mixed up. Secondly unless vx is different \v wont work unless u have a script for that.

Other Than that you should be okay for the most part just remember you want the text to match up with the correct variable number.

However if u still cant get it to work try youtube videos like this . I haven't watched it to see if its any good but I find its easier 2 learn that way.

If for some reason you still cant get it to work I'll make 1 for you with comments so you can understand it.

Hope this helps.

Damn Japanese! I saw that when i switched /v and /v something happens...
banking system problem: FUUUCCCKKK CAPITALISM
Alright, let's try it again, since you're still having the problem:

Control Variables: [0003:Deposit/Withdraw] = 0
Control Variables: [0004:Current Money] = Gold
Show Choices: Withdraw \(v[6]g in Bank), Deposit (\v[4]g on you), Exit
: When [Withdraw \(v[6]g in Bank)]
Text: Yadda yadda
Yadda yadda. You currently have \v[0006]g in your bank.
Input Number: [0003:Deposit/Withdraw],5 digit(s)
Conditional Branch: [0006:Bank Amount] >= [0003:Deposit/Withdraw]
Change Gold: + Variable[0003:Deposit/Withdraw]
Control Variables: [0006:Bank Amount] = [0006:Bank Amount] - [0003:Deposit/Withdraw]
Text: Yadda yadda
You now have \v[0006]g in your bank.
You withdrew \v[0003]g from your bank.
Else
Text: Yadda yadda
You don't have that much money in your bank.
Branch End
: When [Deposit \(v[4]g on you)]
Text: Yadda yadda
Enter amount to deposit.
Input Number: [0003:Deposit/Withdraw],5 digit(s)
Conditional Branch: [0004:Current Money] >= [0003:Deposit/Withdraw]
Text: Yadda yadda
Are you sure you want to deposit \v[0003]g in your bank?
Show Choices: Yes, No
: When [Yes]
Change Gold: - Variable[0003:Deposit/Withdraw]
Control Variables: [0006:Bank Amount] = [0006:Bank Amount] + [0003:Deposit/Withdraw]
Text: Yadda yadda
You now have \v[0006]g in your bank.
You deposited \v[0003]g in your bank.
: When [No]
Branch End
Else
Text: Yadda yadda
You don't have that much money on you.
Branch End
: When [Exit]
Branch End

There, that should do it. Make sure you pay attention to the variables, as I put them in the code here. This is the correct way... unless I'm missing something. Please let me know.
Here is one I did worked fine but I did not do a thorough check but there is comments :D. Demo Link
