WHAT ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT RIGHT NOW?
Posts
I am thinking how useless lazy and retarded I am on days after I smoke weed. I have like this 24 hour pot hangover where I can't accomplish anything except play videogames and watch TV.
Yeah i can't believe how fast christmas is approaching. That also means the busiest time of year for me.

I will start a paypal account and offer $100 to the next person who can find the law where people have to pay income tax. THERE'S NO LAW THAT SAYS THAT AMERICA HAS TO PAY INCOME TAX! THERE ARE LITERALLY 64 MILLION PEOPLE THAT JUST REFUSE TO PAY IT AND THEY ARE PROSECUTED FOR NOT PAYING SOMETHING THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TO! THAT BLOWS MY MIND!
The more you know!...I dare someone to try and prove me wrong.
EDIT: I'll go ahead and say this now before someone asks. No I'm not on crack, I want everyone to seriously try and find income tax laws.
Section 1 of the United States Internal Revenue Code: "Income Taxes".
Also the 16th Ammendment to the US Constitution gives the government power to collect taxes on income.
Where is my money????

Research to see if the 16th amendment was actually ratified or not, then come back.
That is one of the most stupid urban legends floating around man.

1/6 of the nation isn't committing murder. Either way, the government has taken trillions of dollars in illegal income tax since 1913, of course it's wanted to be played off as an urban legend haha.
I am normally more civil than this, but...
You're an idiot.
My pal Ashley poured about 5 oz. of Bacardi 151 inside me tonight. I am thinking about the power of this beverage.
*Thumbs up for great first impressions.*
Also, with more relevancy, Income Tax is basically something I've always considered to be inescapable, unless (of course) you don't have an income. After all, it's generally common knowledge that Mr. Capone was caught by the IRS before the Feds for 'evading income tax.'
What is not common knowledge is the circumstances under which this took place. You see, Capone was running either numbers or rum (can't remember which,) and did not write the money he was recieving from these illegal actions off on his taxes. So IRS got him on this felony before law enforcement could. (Lawlz.)
So this means he got away with murder but not evading income tax. <3

The reasons why libertarians are against income tax is because it is an immoral action to take something from someone without thier consent. Income Tax, being a manditory relenquishment of personal wealth to the government, falls in this category. Even though the social programs we have are built on this wealth, our personal and moral responibilities to each other do not allow for us to violate each other's freedom in this way...
I am unsure weather or not I agree with them but I would have to say their argument makes sense.
