Do what I do: take stationery from school. See that pen? It's yours! Oh, someone left a stapler here.. miiiine.. And what's this? A pair of safety scissors just LYING there with no one around?! Well, I shouldn't but.. okay!
I went the last three years of school without ever buying new pens. The school's study room gave them to me as presents. :3
That's the thing about school, they have all that stuff but they don't want to share, but if you don't have anything they have to help you. I was a good student so they didn't see me as a wannabe thug, guess that helped too.
(and yess, pens were everywhere, why buy one?)

The nearest place to buy the supplies is a good 10 miles away. Since I don't have a functional bike and all it would be hard to gt there (if I also countout walking). This was part of what I meant when I said that she should've listened to me, I had offered to buy it myself but she came up with some emotional response about how she should just get two jobs and do nothing but clean and cook.
Oh, something I've been wanting to tell MrChearlie for a while : the past of "think" is "thought" with a t.

It's an okay-ish song. I don't tear my ears off upon hearing it. As for One Winged Angel, I wasn't even aware they were singing words. For the most part, I thought the lyrics were about "jingle bells" and "clementines".. That Sephiroth and his love for citrus fruits! And pears.

It's latin, but they're still words. It's singing about his fury and shtuff.
I'd much rather they sing about jingle bells and oranges. I find it easier to empathise, you know?
Bear in mind I probably first heard that song when I was 6 years old, so I could barely understand most English words.. I doubt I even knew a thing about Latin, I just thought it was gibberish and that other languages were silly. Although being forced to learn Welsh would drive anyone to hate languages.

I used to think other languages were silly too. I remember not watching a TV show because it had an English name, but when it came on one day I saw it was a dub and absolutely loved it. I think it was fairly odd parents.

You are quite right, but I didn't know it was a Dutch dub until I saw an episode. Children are such interesting, irrational beings. :D I remember there was this groupie that was a real hit with kids, (girls mostly, but I liked it too) And I got all mad because one of their songs was called 'Boys are crazy' (Well, the Dutch words that translate to boys are crazy, but you get the point.
