I need help how do I upload something so people can test a newb game and give tips.
You can't upload a game download to RMN until your game is accepted.
Giglamesh:

I suggest you start with the basics.

What is an event? What is a switch? What is a variable? How to apply them?

Familiarize yourself with the game editor, whichever you are using. There are tons of resources and guides for beginners in the site, under Articles.

Then, if you are really stuck, come for help; usually people do that when they have pinpointed a specific issue they cannot solve. Your questions (all 4 of the threads you have opened), are generic and broad. If you read the "New to RMN?" page in this site (Here: http://rpgmaker.net/articles/235/), you will find the answers to MANY of the questions you have already asked. Not only it provides suggestions on how to post in the forums, manage game profiles, search for games and tutorials, but it also gives a few good pointers for people new at game making.

I know that you are probably thinking "Ow, man, I gotta do a lot of reading?", and I say YES. You have to read the Code of Conduct to avoid being a dick of being banned from the forums; you have to read the Submission Rules to know how to open a game profile in RMN. But MOST important of that, is that you have to read a lot to actually be good at game making. It is not enough to know the engine and how to manipulate it (Which is a must, and my first recommendation), but also you need to have read game design articles to begin developing a good sense of plot, character development, game balance, level growth, challenge, navigation, marketing, graphics, name making... the list is long. Most people in this Community look for quality in a game; you will only achieve that by understanding quality. To do that, you need to read.

TL;DR: Read, try, try again, try one more time, then come and ask.
