Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Sergio, and I am currently studying to become a Software Engineer. I have a huge passion for gaming, and well I have been exposed to RPG Maker for about ten years now.
Of course, back then, I didn't really know what scripting was, or how to change default layouts and whatnot.
I have developed a strong background in Object-Oriented programming (Java, C++, etc.), and well, this pretty much makes it easier for me to adapt myself to Ruby for RPG Maker VX.
Yes, I have installed this program on my computer and am planning on starting a new project.
However, I am also open to joining other members in starting new game projects. That is why I am writing this to you today. I would like to know if someone, or a group of people, would be interested in working together around the end of April or so to start a new gaming project on RPG Maker VX.
Whether starting a new project or joining in an existing one, this is something I would love to achieve.
If you are interested, please let me know :)

Welcome to RMN, where everything is made up and the points don't matter! I've been meaning to learn scripting, as I've taken a quick beginner's tutorial on Ruby programming (I also have a background in C++/Java/etc...) but I have never gotten around to investing time to do it.

Kentona, what are you up to now? Have you released any projects? Do you know if other people or other groups want to start something new?

Glad that there are more people with background in java than I supposed (kentona, yellow magic, and you, that's cool) Also, I would love to join a project too XD, now I am starting a project by my own in java, but not really in a team project, but if you got an idea for a project or need help in a project you are working, I would be glad to help ;)
