CAN'T PLAY MOVIE "NO SUCH INTERFACE SUPPORTED"

So I made this video a while ago using Camtasia Studio 7, made the dimensions 320 by 240, and put it in 8 bit color depth. I've done this before with previous games (none of which I've finished), and the video played fine. But now, for some reason, it won't play. When it gets to that part in the event, it stops and says "No Such Interface Supported"

I don't have rm2k3 installed here, so I can't check right now. However, I remember this happening sometimes if the screen size of the file is not set to 256. Maybe that could be it?
