NEED A PIXEL ARTIST

hello people, i am a young aspiring game creator and i wish to make awesome games for the public. but i need help, i am good at mapping, eventing, storytelling, but i am highly deficient in the area of pixel art. so i am now looking for a pixel artist to join the team so we may bump up the quality of the battle system and such. i cannot afford to pay since i am currently unemployed and i dont expect to make any money off of the game. but i hope someone will answer this call, and help me.
