I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

You could combine cannibalism with space ship. Your spaceship has run out of rations, so cannibalism ensues. You could also probably combine FF8 with it. Make every spaceship member an FF8 character.

Like: Scattered remains of blood and bone of Irvine were found lying across the floor of the hangar bay as rest of the crew awoke from their slumber on the next day.

...I just now realized that there is both a spaceship AND an island in FF8 Mafia.

Is everyone at least okay with the consensus of Cannibalism Mafia with FF8 Characters? That way it makes Kyrsty happy(the most important thing!) while also allowing for FF8 characters to get eaten by other FF8 characters, which just sounds hilarious.

OK WHO CARD MODDED PUPU?!

You know you could actually incorporate the Devour skills properties into cannibal/ff8 mafia, because it allows stuff to be gained if you eat a good 'enemy' and has penalties if you eat a 'bad' enemy.
