Is there any way to change a frame in Rm2k3?
I was hoping to add a sniper frame in an event, but I can't find an event that changes the frame. This sounds lazy, but is there an alternative solution that I missed, or do I have to do something with the picture events?

A picture event. Show the frame as a picture.

But then how would I get the frame to move as the char moves? Is that possible?
