There's more but I can't be bothered looking right now. These are all nostalgic as fuck for me when I hear them. The Ice Cube song I just liked before San Andreas but now I just like it for another reason. Also Dreamcast baby!

The music from Metroid for NES freaked me out as a kid. Hearing it now brings me back every time.
Motoyas Cave in Final Fantasy 1 for NES (if I spelled Motoya right...)
Naturally, Mario Bros. and the Legend of Zelda always bring me back to when I was 8 years old playing my older brother's NES.
Aeris' Theme from FF7 still hits me hard every now and then.
Stones from the Ultima series also gets me every time.

I know these tunes are from older videogames, but I first heard them on this one. And all nostalgia aside, they are pretty damn good too!
I know it's a remixed version, but this. I was thinking about Psycastria not too long ago, and I was looking for music for it even more recently, but hearing any version of the main title music just brings me back.
I can only just about remember gameplay (probably because I was about 3 or 4 years old), but the songs in these games have lodged themselves into my mind permanently.. They probably make me feel most nostalgic out of any game.
Edit: Arghhh, there's this song in my head that makes me quite nostalgic but I can't think of what it's from and it's killing me! *bashes head on desk*
