SURVIVAL GAME HELP

Introduction:

-I've always wanted to make my own survival game but I lack knowledge and
resources making it hard for me to make this game. I made a hunger system
making it more exciting to play. I am doing all i can do to make things work
properly.


What the game looks like:
-It's like minecraft with rune factory and a little bit of terraria?

On Progress features:
-Farming
-Fishing


Finished features of my game:
-Time System with Day/Night (not mine)
-Hunger
-Battles (just for fun)
-Wood Cutting


Features that may be added:
-Crafting
-Simple Mining
-Thirst
-Mini Games


My problem:

-I don't have enough resources for farming. I only got the basic. (the default tilesets of Rpg Maker Vx Ace)

-When I plant a tree seed on one soil, rest of the soil has seeds too. How can I resolve it?

-How can I plant many different types of crop seed in one soil? Is it possible?

-My crops grows fast and I'm trying to make it, uhm.. for example I want it to grow for 2 days but when I play the game, the crop will grow for just a few minutes.

- I have no experience in scripting so I only use switches and variables and
I'm having a hard time making it because of too many variables and switches.
How can i make it easier for me to do it?

-What are some features that can be added that is similar in farming?

-I thought of putting animals but isn't going to be hard to make?
