[RM2K3] PORTABLE APP CREATOR

I wanted to bundle everything for my game into one files. I tried using various portable app creators.. and they just suck.. I'm using Enigma virtual box right now, and it bundles everything into one exe file well, but when I start it the title screen lags for a pretty long while before starting..

Anyone know what or how to make a portable app for your game ? It also uses dyn plugins and a skip title screen patch from Cherry.
