The link to your previous game doesn't work, and from my experience of this type of topic I would suggest that people will ask for some kind of evidence of completed projects and /or commitment on your behalf. Especially if you're new here and haven't built up a reputation. It'd probably help to say which engines you use too.

Is one person who makes non-commercial, unreleased games a company I wonder...?

More of a non-commercial Indie development studio, company for short. I'm not home right now so I don't have any real work with me but you can ask around that community and they could tell you what I've done.

That's a link to a brief synopsis, not the game. Do you have a game page of some sort with screenshots, game information, demos etc.?
