SEEKING A TEAM

Hello RPG Maker Community.

My name is Michael. You can call me by my alias if you'd like: Arcane or Midnight. Or you can call me Mike or Michael. Anywho, I made this topic in hopes of seeking and finding a team that is willing to put some effort into creating an RPG with me. I don't even know if I would consider it a team or not. What I am really looking for is people who are willing to make the following:

-Background Music/Title Music
-Tilesets
-And maybe a few graphics. (I like to make the sprites but I'm not so good at faces because I'm not so sure how they are made.)

I would make the story (Which I already have it planned out) and I would also create the game. However, all the music, tiles, and other things would be credited to the creator in the credits that will be shown in the beginning of the game.

You can move this topic if it is in the wrong section, and if you have any questions on things that I need, feel free to reply to this post or message me.

That had nothing to do with this topic. Please don't spam my topic with nonsense, just leave if you don't want to be helpful. Thank you.

Forgive me for saying, as I am completely new around the way, but it seems to me that if you would like people give their time and efforts to working on YOUR project, it may be beneficial to provide a little more information. I would imagine the majority of people here have something they're working on, why should they commit to yours? This is just my opinion though, don't take it personally.

I see what you are saying. And I did put this into consideration. I mentioned in my post that if the person is interested that they can message me for more info. You see, I didn't want to add in my post my game's details, because I don't want my precious ideas stolen ;). However, if you, personally are interested. Feel free to message me.
I'm only mad NB beat me to it.

When I saw the topic, I turned to youtube to grab a link to the very same video, only to be gravely disappointed when I saw the first reply.

Back on topic, you won't have much luck without a resume and/or showcase of what you have to offer.

In what way would I do this?

at least a couple of screen shots might help.. to show that you've actually have something to contribute to.

Well seeing as I'm looking for things like tilesets and things like that I can't show much. However I can show sprites that I've made for fun from time to time:

Just a few examples.

Well, it looks like you can handle the VX Ace character creator well enough. Though the one on the bottom might be a famitsu-made model. Which is fine. You gotta start somewhere! Though, showing that you can do edits...

...might help your cause a bit more.
Agreed Marrend, lol anyone who can use Ace can make sprites like that, Midnight. You can also do edits like this: ^o^

Actually all three were made with a site I use (I can't recall the name because it's japanese. However, I rendered the blonde haired one in photoshop to wear armor that was lighter than the generic heavy armor for a warrior :)

For example, say I'm good at choreographing/directing cutscenes. I'd make a video.

Or say, I'm good at writing witty dialogue. I'd show some samples of scripts.

Do something to make people interested enough in working on a project with you that they'd take time away from other things, like working on their own projects.

Thanks for the advice. I'll work on that!
I can't exactly offer my services, I can however offer my resources as far as music is concerned. Not going to lie, my music isn't exactly the best, but it's up there if wanted. Hopefully both my skill and my library will be advancing soon...

Edit: Not quite sure if my stuff is showing up...So if it's not, sorry...
