I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

I think it's fine. Ocean didn't mention that submissions had to be adjacent to the other blocks. Besides, part of the fun is building off of other people's work :D

Also, the pieces don't have to be consistent at all with each other, you could do anything based off of the other piece so long as the colors match up with what it's bordering. Though I guess people seem to want to keep it consistent so I guess we can run with that. I don't see it as a requirement though.
If we get enough people, we can extend this downwards/to the right as well.

Those two aren't mutually exclusive. Mufasa can be in ladenhosen.
