Is there a program or something (even if its in photoshop o.0) that i can use to test the animation and easily shift them 1 pixel to the left or right without having to save, import, right click event, etc.?

I tried character maker 1999 but i cant get animate character to work.. and in on flippin windows 7, so OF COURSE the help files dont work ~___~

Thanks!
If the animation is below 256 colours you can use iDraw. It's specifically made for spriting and animations. It has the shift feature where you can choose how you want to shift and by how much as well as an in-program animation tester where you choose the frames you want to run. Among other things~
Well the bad news is, I dont have a mac.

The good news is, i figured out how to make cm1999 work.. (Right click all then go to animation)
...What does a Mac have to do with anything? iDraw works perfectly on Windows 7.
iDraw is a powerful feature-packed vector design and illustration application, now available for both Mac OS X and iPad.
All of the tools you need to create everything from detailed technical illustrations to beautiful works of art.

http://www.indeeo.com/idraw/

Unless youre talking about some other prog? o.0

in that case.. URL plx?
I use iDraw on both Windows XP and 7.
Don't let stupid websites like indeeo fool you.
Well, in his defense, the iDraw does follow the naming convention for the latest Appel products (iPod, iPad, iPhone...).

However, the "now available for both..." implies that before, it was available for other platforms. Occam's Razor: Windows.

Try it.
LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

It's a different iDraw. The iDraw we use is freeware designed specifically for use with RPG Maker 2000/2003.

Download this one.

Also, to be able to view old-style help files in Windows 7, download this plugin from Microsoft.
