FORUM HELP (PLEASE MOVE IF THIS ISN'T THE PROPER PLACE)

So I have a small problem. My inbox is perpetually telling me I have a new message. I've checked it about a bazillion times and it still says "Mailbox (1)!"

Has anyone else had this problem and how might I remedy it?

I have the same problem and several others have too. I heard theres no real solution for it though.. Just avoid tabbing ur inbox and I think an admin or something around that can fix it individually. ' o '

The mailbox screwing up and keeping an incorrect tally is a known bug. When it happens just post in here saying that you're having that issue and we'll sort out your unread message count.
