CloseI have a few character sprites I found that really fit what I needed but there for rpgmaker Xp and VX and I need them for Rpgmaker 2003 is there a wsy to get them to work easily

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

You cannot convert sprites from VX/XP to 2K3, it does not work, the resolution is different (not to mention the obvious differences in graphic styles).
Well technically you could do if you really wanted to, but you'd need the patch that lets you use larger sprites, and the results would be quite disastrous unless you did it for every single character and NPC in the game.
There are gajillions of 2K3 sprites out there, and they're also the easiest ones to edit yourself if you wanted to make a unique one. Don't give up.

You could either A) Try making them yourself. B) Ask someone to make them for you. Or C) Check out some good websites housing heaps of 2k/3 resources such as: http://charas-project.net/resources.php

For new users I recommend iDraw, a simple and free graphics program designed for use with RPG Maker 2000 and 2003. Download it here.

Edit : Yes it will work, by modifying it. You can use paint to do so. Examine a vx sprite and notice it is 3 by 4 sprites, so you will need to reformat the xp sprites, also, when you have finished formatting put a "$" symbol in the filename.
