Nothing reveals Humanity so well as the games it plays. A game of betrayal, where the most suspicious person is brutally murdered? How savage.

Well, since we are joking, can everyone send me their real name by PM, thanks.
He'd also like our credit card numbers, addresses and other personal info.
Actually tbh lib, I don't think this game can be used for meta since the characters are... welp, few. But kudos for finishing the most brilliant manga tho! :D

One more week guys. I can't really host while here in France, but I'll start when I get back. That is, if Zeuzio doesn't start a game that lasts until then. If so, it'll be a little longer. Anyway, only two spots left! Wih thigs as they currently are, I think things may be anlittle disadvantagous to town, as I'll probably remove a townie and an independent with 14 players, but I guess it's playable. With 15 I'll just remove one townie and with 16 obviously all roles characters will be present.
@liberty If you're into anime like Death Note, go watch Code Geass, it's almost as good, and at some points even better. ;)
@ivory I haven't taken many steps to counter meta just yet, but of course fakeclaims will be assigned and I think everyone now sees Mirror has a point in the view meta only helps scum.

Why are you all comparing DN with CG? Completely different stuff.
And CG has a really epic ending, not like DN.
So don't watch them at all. Go watch Sunabozu instead. :[

I guess CG and DN are pretty different, but both have a ridiculously clever guy with a superpower planning to become a ruler... Well sorta... I can't say much about the endings seeing I'm only at season 2 ep 6 or so with CG (no spoilers, I dare you to spoil anything >:| ) You're right Death Note's ending was rather... lacking, at some points, but no other ending would've made sense.
Haven't watched CG yet, but DN is infinity+1 times more awesome than CG. It's a fact.
Edit: DN's ending was perfect. Befitting someone who understands true solitude.

Well, with CG you get a feel of the main character, and why he does what he does, whereas in DN you're just like: WTH Light, calm down and talk to a psychiatrist already.
He doesn't need a reason to do what he did at all. He simply did it out of boredom, whereas L did it because of his thirst for challenge. Which was kinda ironic in the 3rd movie, since L wrote his own name in the notebook. And it's amazing how we can get in someone's head that doesn't have a particular motive of doing what he does.
Yeaaaah we're filling the sign-ups with DN talk 8-)

Ow yeah, those movies exist too, don't they? I have yet to watch them. I haven't read the manga either, now that I think about it. I just watched the anime.
SPOILER ALERT
We're filling the sign-ups with DN talk alright, but where else would we talk about Death Note?
SPOILER ALERT
In the anime, and manga too, I believe, L is killed by Rem, who is cornered by Light, forcing her to kill L and commit suicide to protect Misa.
