RECRUITING ARTIST

I don't know how this "recruiting " is, since I don't remember doing it before, I am always with the Idea of do everything on my own, now I see that I really would use some help in design, I need some artist in:

Backgrounds. The style I wanna do is very similar to this ones.

A kind of platformer perspective, and a little cartoonish

Characters More or less this is the style I want to do.

Big heads and big eyes in order to make expressions more notable, and tiny bodies, and thin arms and legs so they can be moved easy. I could use like faceless bodies, and bodies with separate parts.

I am good at manipuling and adding details according to what is done. I can copy and I can add details to things that already exist, but when I have an idea in my head and try to put in in paper or computer in never is how I wanted. So this is not like you are going to do everything.
