CRASH OF VX

i've purchased rpgmaker vx but when i launch it (even after the uninstall/reinstall method), a error message appear ====> critical error ED6D7363 at address 74FBB9BC

does anybody know how to fix this ?

edit : i've resolved the problem thus could anyone erase this topic ?
