Why not try to make something short and sweet first, just to get used to the program. Maybe even a mini-movie. That way you can learn and still create something worth showing off.
Of course, you could offer your art skills to someone who has already begun their project, but showing off those skills might be an idea - posting a few pieces of your work. That said, what kind of things would you want to do in a collaborative project? Would you just want to make art for it or have more hands-on work?

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

From your website, roughly 100% of your art appears to be other people's art that you just resized, cropped, put text in front of. So, no thanks.
If you want to make an RPG I recommend using RPG Maker. It is a nice program.

I don't really want to make a game by myself but I can't really work HTML or anything like that.
hmm... I got my art on DeviantART but if someone want to see some, I can post some in the first post. I would like to do something Fantasy like in final fantasy or Suikoden, but all original. I would like to just make the character pics and such for it, and maybe help with the storyline.

Well that is what this board is here for, to help you learn how. Start by downloading a maker and reading the help file, go from there.
If you really are not interested in learning how to make games, then I'm not sure what the crap you want

OK, here's how to start making RPG games:
- Download an RPG Maker. (I recommend VX Ace) To learn how, Google "RPG Maker VX Ace Download"
- Open it, and start making some maps. Just make maps for a while. Play around with it.
- If you don't know how to do something, google "RPG Maker <whatever it is you want to learn>" and then read it, following the instructions
- You'll be a pro in no time!
