??? dose any one know how to make a npc fallow your charaecter i mean like right behind him/her

Well, if you are using rmxp I would suggest looking for a caterpillar script. If you are using 2k3, there is a caterpillar tutorial here:

Also, the word is "follow".

Well, if the npc isn't one of the main characters just use a simple move event to make the npc follow you. Otherwise check out that tutorial.

The problem with move events is that the "move towards hero" command will move the event no matter if the event is already adjacent to the hero. (Actually, never mind, you can use Face Hero then Step Forward. Easy)
